About us

From Experience to Technology, From Vision to Production

Today, efforts to integrate modern technologies into manufacturing processes have accelerated, in terms of both a sustainable environment and quality and speed in manufacturing.

The company, which has established its own R&D department, carries out projects aimed at both improving existing products in the market and developing new products in line with technological advancements worldwide. R&D activities are conducted by an engineering team that includes highly qualified engineers. The company’s R&D studies have been the subject of postgraduate theses, and new thesis projects are still ongoing. Some of these projects are also supported by government institutions such as KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK.

These efforts have also resulted in our portfolio of patents.

The integration of advanced technologies such as industrial robots and CNC machinery into the manufacturing process has led to significant increases in production capacity in recent years. The company also develops and integrates these technologies into its manufacturing processes through its own R&D department. Led by a team of highly qualified engineers, our R&D activities focus on improving production processes, integrating advanced technologies into manufacturing, increasing production capacity, developing sustainable and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes, and enhancing the quality of existing products.
To ensure the efficient use of company resources and increase manufacturing capacity, the company focuses on key areas such as production planning, inventory control, 5S, flexible manufacturing systems, just-in-time production, and mechatronics as part of its future-oriented development strategy.

Technology and Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing

Advanced Manufacturing Technology

We integrate modern manufacturing technologies into our production processes through CNC machinery, fully automated and semi-automated systems.

Industrial Automation

We use industrial robots for processes such as welding, material handling, and machine loading, improving both production capacity and manufacturing standards.

Efficient Production Systems

We use production planning, inventory control, 5S, flexible manufacturing systems, and just-in-time production practices to make efficient use of our resources.

A Century of Savrukoğlu

The Savrukoğlu family’s blacksmithing heritage dates back to the early 1900s. The family began its activities in Afyonkarahisar with blacksmithing and gradually expanded into the production of agricultural implements, picks, and crowbars.

In 1927, with the birth of Halil İbrahim Savrukoğlu, the family trade was passed on to a new generation. In the 1950s, with a strong focus on technology and innovation, Halil İbrahim Savrukoğlu increased production capacity and transitioned to mass production, specializing particularly in the manufacture of picks, crowbars, and plows. From 1965 onward, the company began producing “deve boynu-ok” components and later focused increasingly on plows and other soil tillage machinery. Following significant growth in the 1970s, new workshops and facilities were established, and in 1993, operations moved to the facility in the Organized Industrial Zone.

From the 1980s onward, the company continued to grow with the involvement of new generations, expanding beyond plow manufacturing into a wider range of agricultural machinery. Following the passing of Halil İbrahim Savrukoğlu in 1992, production and management remained within the family. Throughout the 1990s, the company expanded its product range while strengthening its marketing and sales network. With the start of exports in 2009, Savrukoğlu entered international markets and continued to expand its export network. Today, Savrukoğlu Ziraat Makinaları operates with the fifth generation actively involved in the company and manufactures in a facility with approximately 11,000 m² of covered production space. The company continues to develop its existing products and work on the agricultural machinery of the future, with a strong focus on R&D, automation, robotics, and next-generation soil tillage technologies.
